We have renovated an old private house in Sanakawachi Village. The space, which harmonizes the warmth unique to old private homes with modern comforts, is perfect for those who seek a lifestyle close to nature. The garden, where you can enjoy the scenery of the four seasons, will add healing and color to your daily life.

八万町の中古物件をリノベーションしました。こちらのお宅は元々築49年と思えないほど状態の良い物件で、広い敷地に2階建ての倉庫、庭つき。それに市内の便利な立地にありながら北側に岩山が隣接しているという珍しい物件でした。使える素材はそのままに、間取りも大きくかえていませんが、シンプルで気取らない、温もりのある空間です。

We renovated a used property in HachimanTown. This house is in such good condition that it's hard to believe it was built 49 years ago, with a two-story warehouse and garden on a large plot of land. It's also a rare property in that it's conveniently located in the city, but is adjacent to a rocky mountain on the north side. The materials used remain the same, and the layout has not been changed significantly, but the space is simple, unpretentious, and warm.
